オーストラリア在ルーカス・フィルム公認のイラストレーター、マーク・ラーツ（Mark Raats）氏のご好意で、氏の描き下ろし作品を使った“ハリソン・フォード・シグネチャー・エディション”記念ポスターを作成しました。ご購入者様特典として、後日、お送りいたします。

私たちが『ハリソン・フォード・シグネチャー・エディション』のために用意する75挺のカスタム留之助ブラスターは、映画『ブレードランナー2049』で使用された発火用デッカード・ブラスターの（外見的）再現を目指したものになります。

その発火用ブラスターは、ハリウッドのステージガン専門工房 ISS（Independent Studio Services）が、実銃のチャーターアームズ・ブルドッグとシュタイヤー・マンリッヒャー・ライフルのレシーバーを留ブラに合体させたもので、劇中の発砲シーンでのみ使われました。

私たちは亜鉛合金で鋳造された留ブラのレシーバーまわりを、実銃の鋼鉄の風合いと完全に一致させるため、いったん黒染めを剥がし、エッヂの再処理と研磨ののち、ブルーイングし直して艶出ししました。

同じくヘヴィウェイト・プラスチック製のブルドッグも鋼鉄のように見せるための工夫を随所に施しました。もちろんトリガーまわり、グリップフレーム、グリップエンド、ウェバー・スコープ・ノブ、バインディングポストをはじめ、露出しているネジや小パーツなど、すべてに手を加えました。

左右のシリンダーカバーやマガジン、グリップなどにも、微細なタッチを加えて発火用ブラスターの外見に徹底的に近づけました。

留之助ブラスターの原型師、徳信尊氏と、カスタムガン職人の佐藤加寿彦氏によるこのコラボ・カスタムは、『ハリソン・フォード・シグネチャー・エディション』にふさわしい芸術作品といえるでしょう。

飛騨高山の木工芸品工房が手作りした記念の木製ケースの内側に、ハリソン・フォードが1枚1枚手書きした直筆サイン入り真鍮プレートをネジどめし、その記念の箱に特別なカスタム留ブラと木製ディスプレースタンドを収めて、お届けします。

Limited to 75 pieces of customized Tomenosuke blasters for the "Harrison Ford Signature Edition" will be aimed at the appearance reproduction of the Deckard Blaster for the firing prop model in the movie "Blade Runner 2049”. The firing model prop blaster was made at the firearm specialty studio, ISS (Independent Studio Services) in Hollywood, which combines the real Charter Arms Bulldog and the receivers of the Steyr Mannlicher Rifle into the Tomenosuke blaster. Only three of these blasters were made for the shooting scene in the film.

In order to make the original Tomenosuke blaster into same texture as the one used on-screen, we first removed the black dye and reprocessed and polished the edge. Then blued it again to make it glossy. We also processed the Bulldog frame originally made of heavyweight plastic into the look and feel of steel. The trigger cover, grip frame, grip end, Weber scope-knob, binding post and all exposed screws and small parts were all expertly repainted. We also added subtle touches in the parts of left and right cylinder covers, magazines, grips etc. to resemble the look of the firing model blaster.

This collaboration custom made “Harrison Ford Signature edition” blaster will be recognized as a noticeable art piece in the history of Deckard blaster prop by the hands from the original Tomenosuke blaster gunsmith, Nobutaka Toku, and a custom gun craftsman, Toshihiko Sato.

The brass plaque each autographed by Harrison Ford is screwed inside the commemorative wooden case handmade by Hida Takayama's wood craft workshop, which contains a special custom blaster and wooden blaster stand together.
